Difference between plate heat exchanger and all welded plate heat exchanger

1. Appearance form

The direct feature of removable plate heat exchanger is removable. Generally, the four inlet and outlet locations are located on the frame plate on the same side. The four openings of the all welded plate heat exchanger are located in the upper, lower, left and right positions of the side. Due to the welding process, the frame itself cannot be perforated.

2. Internal components

The interior of the removable plate heat exchanger is composed of heat exchanger plate and rubber gasket. Due to the limited high pressure resistance, the thickness of the plate is usually 0.5mm. The sealing gasket is omitted in the all welded heat exchanger. All are welded by stainless steel plate. It is usually used under high temperature and high pressure conditions, so the plate thickness is 1mm.
