With the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, it has been widely used in various industries and fields. It has been used to replace the original shell and tube heat exchanger and fin heat exchanger, and achieved good results. 2 advantages of plate heat exchanger (1) high heat exchange efficiency and small heat loss

Under working conditions, the heat transfer coefficient can reach 6000W / m2k, and under general working conditions, the heat transfer coefficient can also reach 3000 ~ 4000W / m2k, which is 3 ~ 5 times that of shell and tube heat exchanger. The equipment itself has no bypass, and all fluids passing through the equipment will form turbulence under the action of plate ripple to achieve sufficient heat exchange. When the heat exchange process is the same, the heat exchange area of plate heat exchanger is only 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 4 of that of shell and tube heat exchanger. (2) Small size and light weight

In addition to the volume of the equipment itself, there is no need to reserve additional maintenance and installation space. The thickness of heat exchange plate is only 0.6 ~ 0.8mm. Under the same heat exchange effect, the floor area and weight of plate heat exchanger are four fifths smaller than that of shell and tube heat exchanger. (3) Low fouling coefficient

The fluid agitates violently between plates to form turbulence. The excellent plate design avoids the existence of dead zone, makes it difficult for impurities to deposit and block in the channel, and ensures good heat exchange effect. (4) Convenient maintenance and cleaning

The heat exchange plates are assembled together by the clamping force of the clamping studs. During maintenance and cleaning, only loosen the clamping studs to remove the plate for flushing and cleaning. (5) The product has a wide range of applications

The temperature resistance of the equipment can reach 180 ℃, and the pressure resistance is 2.0MPa. It is especially suitable for heating, cooling, heat recovery, condensation and food disinfection in various technological processes. It has obvious economic benefits in recovering low-grade heat energy. Heat exchange plates of various materials can also meet the corrosion requirements of working conditions. Of course, plate heat exchanger also has some disadvantages, such as low working pressure and temperature, which limits its application under more complex working conditions. At the same time, because the flat channel is small, it is not suitable for media with more impurities and larger particles. 3 type and working principle of plate heat exchanger

Plate heat exchangers can be divided into detachable, welding, brazing and other forms according to the assembly mode; According to the size of heat exchange plate ripple, it can be divided into herringbone wave, plane wave, spherical wave, etc; According to different sealing gaskets, they can be divided into adhesive type and button type. The combination of various forms can meet the needs of different working conditions, and the use is more targeted. For example, the same herringbone corrugated plate is different due to the use of adhesive or snap on gasket. The use of snap type gasket can effectively avoid the corrosion of the plate by the chloride ion that may be contained in the glue, and the equipment disassembly is more convenient. For example, the temperature and pressure resistance of welded plate heat exchanger is significantly better than that of removable plate heat exchanger, which can reach 250 ℃ and 2.5MPa. Therefore, due to the diversity of forms, the same plate heat exchanger can be used in a wide range of fields and in most heat exchange processes.
